The New Year's Eve Package

This is a small gift to wish somebody a Sparkling New Year.

Tie some layers of tissue paper around the center of four candles. On top of the paper wrap a decorative piece of ribbon. Secure the bundle with a generous amount of tulle ribbon. Slide two sparklers underneath the bow. In a small sheer bag include a box of matches. And at last cut a small card from card stock.
