Chocolate Puffs

A great companion to a glass of dry red wine.

Ingredients

1 package puff pastry (about 14 oz)
2 Lindt dark chocolate bars
1 orange
1 egg

Preparation

Brake the chocolates apart into little rectangles as outlined. Zest the orange. Roll out the puff pastry as thin as possible. Cut the pastry into business card size pieces. Brush half the pastry pieces with egg. Place a small piece of chocolate and a bit of orange zest on the pastry and fold over. Brush the finished piece with egg. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 400°F. Yields about 40 pieces.
