Crème Caramel Ingredients 3 eggs Preparation Mix the above mentioned ingredients well. Butter 6 small oven resistant cups and place them in a deep baking dish which is layed out with a few sheets of paper towels. In a small pot caramelize about 9 tablespoons of sugar. Put equal measures of the caramel into each of the 6 cups then fill the cups with the custard. Fill the backing pan with hot water before placing it in a preheated 150°C oven for about 45 minutes. Make sure the water never comes to a boil. Cool the custards before serving. Serve it plain or with a little bit of whipped cream or/and fresh fruit.
