Tomato-Mozzarella Salad with Dried Meats

tomato-mozzarella salad with dried meats

This appetizer does not take long to prepare and can be served without the meat if need be. Quantities are given per person.

Ingredients

Green salad
1 medium size tomato
1-2 buffalo mozzarella
50 g thinly sliced dried meat
Basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Cover the serving platter with washed salad leaves. Slice tomatoes, tear mozzarella apart and then place everything including the meat in groups on platter. Chop some of the basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes, use remaining basil as decorations. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over everything but the meat. Use salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning.
