Baked Camembert with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 small Camembert per person
Egg
Milk
Bread crumbs
Cranberry sauce

Preparation

Mix the egg, milk, and bread crumbs together. Turn the cheese in the batter until well covered. Pour some oil into a hot skillet and bake the cheese until golden brown on both sides.
In Germany this is a favorite brunch dish. It also lends itself as an appetizer.
