dill

Honey Mustard Dressing

Yields enough sauce for 8+ Graved Lachs appetizers.

Ingredients

1/2 medium sized bunch of fresh dill
3 table spoons Dijon mustard
1 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon honey (liquid)
1 small lemon
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Remove the dill tips from the thick stalks and chop finely. Juice the lemon and strain the juice. Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste. Beware that the salmon is pretty salty and generally strong in taste - do not add too much salt or pepper.

Suggestion

To serve the honey-mustard sauce on the plate you can make little cucumber cups by cutting an English cucumber into 2 inch long piece and remove the inside carefully with a melon-baller.
