Smoked Salmon on Pumpernickel

Ingredients

Cream cheese
Pumpernickel
Smoked salmon
Capers or lemon

Preparation

Spread cream cheese on Pumpernickel bread and lay one slice of smoked salmon on it. Cut the bread into bite-size squares and garnish each with either a small thin slice of lemon or a caper.
