Chicken with Curry-Yoghurt Mayonnaise

Ingredients

300 gr mayonnaise
50 gr mango chutney
100 gr yoghurt
8 gr curry powder

1 grilled chicken
1 French bread

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients and store the mayonnaise cold. It is served with cold, skinless chicken strips. Arrange the chicken on a bed of green salad leaves. This dish is fast to prepare and a great addition to any potluck.
