Orange Diamonds
Ingredients 80 grams butter Glaze 80 grams icing sugar Preparation Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Roll out into a rectangle as thick as candied orange peel is. Then cut out diamonds. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 7 to 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients for glaze and brush it on while cookies are still warm.
