Chocolate Hearts

Ingredients

250 grams ground almonds
150 grams sugar
120 grams Lindt bittersweet chocolate
2-3 tablespoons Kirsch (cherry brandy)
2-3 tablespoons water

Preparation

Melt chocolate in a Bain Marie. Mix all the ingredients. Roll out dough about 3/4 cm thick and cut out hearts. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and let them dry over night.

Variation

Instead of Kirsch use Grand Marnier and the peel of one large orange.
