Crescent Cookies (Vanillekipferl) My wife made these for her friends every Christmas. She passed away from Cancer on the 10th of May, 2000. I converted all her cake and cookie recipes to send out in her memory. - John Reynolds, Grand Prairie, TXIngredients 250 grams flour - 2 1/4 cups Preparation Mix all ingredients on counter and knead untill they are workable. Pinch a small amount at a time, roll them between your hands, and form crescents. Bake at 350 degrees on a greased baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
