Champagne Cocktails
[ Order Champagne for Three
Merry Mimosa Pour 1/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine, clementine, or orange juice into a chilled champagne glass. Slowly add 1/4 cup champagne and 1/4 tablespoon Grand Marnier. Garnish with an orange slice. Mimosa Fill about 1/4 of a flute with orange juice and the rest with chilled champagne. |
Kir Royal A classic champagne cocktail. Recipe: 1/3 Cassis Liqueur, 2/3 champagne, served in a flute. Classic Champagne Cocktail Soak one sugar cube in a champagne flute with 2 dashes Angostura Bitters. Add champagne and 1/3 oz cognac. Squeeze in a twist of lemon and discard. Garnish with half a slice of orange. Serve in champagne flute.
Ingredients: 3 oz chilled peach nectar, dash lemon juice, dash grenadine and 3 oz chilled champagne Combine the chilled peach nectar, lemon juice and grenadine in the serving glass. Stir. Then add the chilled champagne. Serve in a fluted champagne glass. [ Back to index ] |
