Champagne for Three

Champagne makes you feel like its Sunday and better days are just around the corner.

Merry Mimosa

Pour 1/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine, clementine, or orange juice into a chilled champagne glass. Slowly add 1/4 cup champagne and 1/4 tablespoon Grand Marnier. Garnish with an orange slice.


Mimosa

Fill about 1/4 of a flute with orange juice and the rest with chilled champagne.

 

Kir Royal

A classic champagne cocktail. Recipe: 1/3 Cassis Liqueur, 2/3 champagne, served in a flute.


Classic Champagne Cocktail

Soak one sugar cube in a champagne flute with 2 dashes Angostura Bitters. Add champagne and 1/3 oz cognac. Squeeze in a twist of lemon and discard. Garnish with half a slice of orange. Serve in champagne flute.


Bellini

Giovanni Bellini

Invented in the '30s at Harry's Bar in Venice by Giuseppe Cipriani, the Bellini was named in honor of the Venetian Renaissance artist Giovanni Bellini.

Ingredients: 3 oz chilled peach nectar, dash lemon juice, dash grenadine and 3 oz chilled champagne

Combine the chilled peach nectar, lemon juice and grenadine in the serving glass. Stir. Then add the chilled champagne. Serve in a fluted champagne glass.
